Yes Richmond is a race track, but I was told it would not proceed unless they had a certain number of gaming machines (Electronic horse race gambling machines - something like that).

This was from a conversation I had with Hart over a year ago. Has this changed? I am not sure if they still need those machines for revenue, maybe if someone is talking to Sungold they could check into this.

Correct me if I am wrong but I seem to recall being told a while back that the Richmond proposal had been reworked to exclude slots in order to avoid any conflict with the for ever changing BC government policies.
