Something doesn't sound right here. >>>>present scandal deals more with slots than racetracks<<<< Yes Richmond is a race track, but I was told it would not proceed unless they had a certain number of gaming machines (Electronic horse race gambling machines - something like that). This was from a conversation I had with Hart over a year ago. Has this changed? I am not sure if they still need those machines for revenue, maybe if someone is talking to Sungold they could check into this.
