I don't know the exact number, but AMD doesn't give out profitsharing or retirement benefits based on profitability. Intel does. Intel's employee stock purchase plan must provide a nice sum, and why not count options?

That's not manufacturing. Even if AMD designers do a flawless job, the manufacturing side can't build them effectively.

AMD seems to be indicating it's still not truly manufacturable. That's what red ink is all about in the processor market.
