I agree that the discussion on this thread indicates any agreement with ERICY is a good thing. I think that is because the Q's management is well respected. I can't imagine them agreeing to anything not in the shareholders best interest. They will do what they have to in order to maximize value.

Clark,

what I don't understand about this backward compatible issue is the lack of protest from those who would be hurt the most. Sprint is the biggest that came to mind. Wouldn't they have to reinvent the wheel completely and dump all infrastructure? Shouldn't they be leading the screaming instead of QC?
