In Boston's Chinatown there are a number of shops that have roasted duck and barbecued pork strips hanging in the window. The pork gets sold by the pound and ducks, set price for a whole one--although they will sell 1/2's. Around dinner time these places are packed with people getting take-outs. Lynn Reminds me... its time for my neighbor and me to hit a local Chinese pig-out for lunch.
