Doug, Nothing yet in the local paper. The daily paper out of neighboring Dover, NH is very weak in it's business coverage, however. Not sure on restructuring costs. Manufacturing employees have always got the short end of the stick, so termination of employees on that end would be of minimal impact. Finally, I,m sure the sell-off of the SMT lines and associated equipment would cover most of the down-size expenditures. And considering the ridiculous investment in time and money the Rochester plant devotes to reworking virtually every item that comes off the line, recovery time should be nil. Of course, this speculation is IMHO only!!!! By the way, a little local flavor. CB has lost a considerable amount of his political clout, both locally and statewide. Just a year or two ago, no business or political group dared criticize CB or leave him out of any photo-op. However, in the last few months alone, neighbors in his own industrial park have been on a tear about his/companies conduct. He's also been a back seat player in the state's highly publicized struggles with implementing a possible income tax. There's still plenty of life in both him and CS, but many of the state's players are starting to give him up for dead.... Take it for what it's worth. Good luck to all. IMHO the lopping off of manufacturing is a long overdue correction..... Skippy
