Tom - She's goin' great Biyye! house 'sa missus? (My feeble attempt at true Canadian accent - down east coast style. THe muscrat infested clubhouse needs a little work with a bilge-pump but it seems we're still gearing up for another season chasing the foxes and beavers away from the ponds with our golf balls while screaming 'Gabbrooo Beware'!
