I find that psychological analysis interesting, but that is all. A good writer can put any spin they want on a situation and make it look convincing. The CEO doesn't need a blowout earnings report to do what he is doing. He made his stand weeks ago and I don't believe he controls his actions based on whether or not earings blow out. I sure wouldn't trade on it. Great earnings on the way? Sure could happen, a split announcement too. But no way is this person predicting the stock price action for the day. I'll leave that to others. Still, CMGI is my all time favorite net stock and I doubt that will change anytime soon. God help investors if something happens to the CEO ... he is brilliant, big Johnson or no.
