Somtimes a little strain on a startup company helps it grow. The question is, how quickly they can overcome it. That's also why I posed the question, how long until I hear? Before I invest, I will be sure to check and see if they have a plan relieve this problem.

The concept is good.

doubled my position today - i think they have a much higher demand than they expected - scrambling to increase capicity
- they have a niche here - with a hugh demand - if they can expand fast enough - efax will be a winner - any info on management will be appreciated

It also helped AOL, where is it now...

Note that EFAX is online for only 1 month (since 1st week of February) so it is understandable that there are shortcomings I think.

Service Problem? When AOL was having it's connection problems and everyone was screaming bloody murder that's when I loaded up........I think history has proven my point: when people scream about not being able to have something it means they really want it.......now it' up to EFAX Mgt. to come through just like our friend Mr. Case.
