"voice will ride for free, or it will be an insignificant cost relative to the data transfers taking place" 1.- LE do you want to take care of my telephone bills or convince our telephone companies of the wisdom of your words....Something is just not working....I already have 2 cellular phones, cable TV,..tell you what, I will even get a pager if you make those telephone bills disappear! 2.- It is curious but in July of 1998 five or six multinationals paid 19 billion U$S to the government of Brazil to gobble up "Telebras" (the former state telco monopoly). I guess they are just plain stupid and don't understand the telco business....the way Little Engine, of FAMH fame, does!!
