Since nobody has any idea why the 4 o'clock is doing this we can only look for a change in his behavior and try to see what it means. Does he stop the buying at 4?, does he buy more at 4? And then we check and see if something of any significance happens around the time he changes his pattern.

Have we seen this before? Found an article dated 17 Dec. 98. I'm not sure of the language. Some interesting words can be picked out like Identix, Computer Associates (CA), Smart-Touch for Unicenter TNG Single Sign-On, ATM bank...

Can anyone help with a translation?
