My definition of a tout is that either a "guru" or a stock newsletter (or website) has made MBTI their latest pick or are just talking it up.

If that's what's going on, either we just can't find it, or they're not talking publicly yet. Just those close to the source may be buying in.

I guess we'll find out tomorrow.

Tout - somewhere someone stand up - the trompeters besides him start the fanfare tout-trata-tout-tou-touuuut - and he announces the fabulous finding :-) - everybody cheers and run to the terminals buying.

That is my impression of a tout - ;-)
