Now that's the $64,000,000 question: everyone around here is assuming late April, early May: but let's say that the ipo is well on its way; that mgmt wants to get it done in a hot market; and let's say it goes off at the end of the month or first week in April: so we go from 14-16-- 50 in one day, because everyone is caught off guard. If I were a ceo that;s what I'd do: also there's a bonus for netradio executives if they get this off the ground sooner rather than later.

1. If you find out, let us all know. 2. The S-1 is very nice...179 pp. I saw an S-1/A over wknd that was 600 pp. NAVR has lots of work to do to clean up and reissue S-1/A. So, we should watch for that next. 3. After 4.11.99, I will be breathing heavy. Interestingly, the Big Guys don't care at all yet. Too busy counting money, I guess. 4. I keep wondering whether other players are circling either NAVR or NETR as in takeover, acquisition, merger. All these little arithmetic excursions are in the trash. Think we might be in deeper doo-doo. 5. Thoughts?? Kat
