While most of our wonderfully PC nation just doesn't seem to get it, the use of any word is meaningless, it is the intent and meaning behind the use of a word that can be descriptive or hateful. If you read Bill's thread, you would know he is not a hateful person and was not using that term in that way.

Having said that, publishers have to play to the least common denominator and unfortunately that can be pretty low.
