this has a very large float, so needs lots of buyers to move it

from the Friday low of 6 it did bounce 15% to the high 6's on Monday
from people thinking it was overdone

now it has fallen back and I suppose it could fall more to the 4 range like it did a few years back

the funds don't want it for now
retail buyers can not move one with this large a float

to my thinking upside can only come from three places:
- a major business turn around; not in the cards for some time
- a monster share buyback; don't see that happening
- a buyout; possible but who want's this one?

my best guess is a range of 5-8 over the next 3-9 months unless one of the above events happen
may be dead money for some time

IM just warned; sales up, earnings down (TECD may drop with it)

seems like all these guys can sell computer product but just not at a profit
