ok, you're saying suppose there are no shares to short (even tho someone else mentioned there are shares to short).

OK, then,

Case A: stock price goes down.

Shorts happy and cover whenever.

Case B: stock price goes up

Firstly, reason it goes up is how can you short any more, if none available to short - seems one direction oriented, no?

What am I missing here? I don't profess to be an expert at shorting. Anthony is the guru. Also, I don;t profess to be an expert at boxing - still learning on that note and that's why I come to this thd.
