Yes and i do not expect it will be ISSMD for very long.Datapower International sounds like a good name...... By the way I agree with everyones comments.Good healthy discussion of the new ISSMD is anticipated and a sharing of info good or bad but factual would be nice.I welcome it and would be a participant as well. Who knows we may even see some changes to the Board after the agreement is completed.....Who knows for sure???? Osprey

Let's hope that "D" signals a fresh start for ISSM. I am hoping they change the name and symbol once this get's rolling. I sincerely hope that this new company can come through for the old ISSM investors. Believe me I know what it's like to be in the old investors shoes. I have a lot of money wrapped up in a company (MIDL) that turned out to be a scam and is now a shell. I can only hope that a new company comes in to it soon!! I am very hopeful about DataPower. How many BB companies have a business plan they share with investors? Best Wishes, Deb'
