"all or nothing" is exactly the policy that triumphs, and the policy that is vociferously pushed by the NOWs and NARALs. That's their policy. "Abort at any time, no remorse. See, it's simple, and its your right. No baby, no problem."

I've read through Planned Parenthood's website, and that pretty much sums up their viewpoint.
