Hi Toni,

Well, like the disclaimer says, past performance is not indicative of future results. SIII hits max pain on option Friday so often that it's probably not a bad percentage bet, but it's still a bit like guessing the weather from the farmers almanac. Watching the trading last month on option Friday, it looked like the MMs were having a hard time keeping the price down to 7 1/2 and it bounced hard as soon as options expired. My crystal ball is second hand and somewhat unreliable. 7 1/2 has been a good entry point for traders over the last few months but another pull back to that area would screw up the lower trend line on the chart. There should be strong support in that area even if it does pull back that far.

I hate to even attempt to give anyone advise on the stock market and SIII goes random so often that trying to make predictions on what it will do next is pretty tough. I don't really think it will pull all the way back to 7 1/2 on the ask, and I suspect we'll see 10s around April "IF" we get good reviews when the Savage 4 based cards ship. I think the numbers for this Q will suck and it won't matter as long as Savage 4 is well received. I'd say there might be a 10% chance of getting a buy order filled at 7 1/2 and an 80% chance of making lots of money if you did. So....like Clint said "Do you feel lucky?".

Regards,

Don
