Mr. Deng Shan

Largo Vista Group's main contact with the People's Republic of China. Mr. Deng is well versed in the business practices of China. Early in his career Mr. Deng was a lecturer in Wuhan Chemical Engineering School. Later he advanced to associate professor at Huazhong University of Science and Technology. In 1989, Mr. Deng became the Director, Science and Technology Commission, Nanshan District Government, China. Since 1994, Mr. Deng has been appointed as CEO/Chairman of the board of four commercial companies. In 1996, Mr. Deng represented an investment company, which acquired Kunming Xinmao Petrochemical Industrial Co., Ltd., and was appointed Chairman of the Board. Mr. Deng has achieved many accomplishments in the various businesses in which he has participated and is responsible for management innovations, which have served to modernize and systematize various operations in China. Mr. Deng have established strategic networks in both business and government arenas and is considered one of the leading authorities on foreign companies doing business in China.

Mr. William Yuan

Mr. Yuan has an investment banking background that spans over 15 years. He presently serves on numerous board of directors for established and upcoming companies.

William Yuan attended Cornell University and Harvard University from 1978-1983.

His career in investment banking began in 1983 working for Goldman Sachs in Mergers & Acquisitions. He served as the Investment Manager and Senior VP of Asset Management at Solomon-Smith Barney. At Merrill Lynch, Mr. Yuan was the head of Equity and he was responsible for managing a hedge fund with One Billion Dollars in capitalization. In 1996, he invested in Reliance Management Co., an entertainment distribution company; and he serves as CEO of Angel Light Entertainment, Inc.

Presently, Mr. Yuan also serves on the Board of Directors of GUMTECH International, and on the advisory board of Affinity Asset Management.
