speculation: maybe the "board meeting" had bad news that had some participants leaving the room with the thought that they better get the hell out while the getting was "good". now a couple of questions: Dave Gore, you posted:(3982) "All I can tell you guys is that ETPI is negotiating with 1, maybe 2 companies and vice versa. The deal may be done and in the lawyer's hands." please post how you can validate this statement, in detail if you dont mind. callme,in post #3982 you posted: "there was no insiders sells on this, so someone with alot of shares started a landslide and alot of people went with it, at probably a big loss." Is this pure speculation or can you validate this statement?please post in detail how you came to this conclusion. PREFSTOCK: Wuld you be so kind as to give me a brief seminar on "what is a marketmaker? and how do minipulate pricing? Is what they "seem" to do, legal? Never, never, never try to catch a falling knife. If you all want an instructive exercise, stop buying or selling. I'll bet the volume drops to zero. What would that tell you? We're doing this to ourselves... I'm not at all sure there are other buyers/sellers outside of us posting and lurking on this board. We've made our own market! Just remember the "greater fool" theory and what happened to Iomega...
