to all, from briefing in play - WHAT do you see?
...
10:35 ET Internet Movers: NESY +11 5/8, EWBX +7, XMCM +9, VERT +18, EXDS +10 3/4, MMPT +5, RNWK +6, ITRA +3 1/8, YHOO +8, AMZN +5.
...
this is from me (millionaires):

i see companies moving here that have formible competition currently incubating in CMGi's stable - examples using approximated rounding:

XMCM (0.9B mkt.cap) vs. minority owned ANCESTRY.COM is probably far more viral and probably better compared to GCTY (3.7B)

VERT (1.9B mkt.cap) vs. 16% owned CHEMDEX which may only be one B to B niche but is a very powerful one at that

EXDS (2.1B mkt.cap) vs 100% owned NAVINET/NAVISITE for webhosting - listen to the conference call tonite to hear how NAVI's error rate is significantly lower than EXDS's and how they're moving in fast

some more comparisons could be in order even though the compared companies may not be precisely the same

BCST (3.1B) vs. 100% MAGNITUDE
NETG (0.3B) vs. 100% ENGAGE
OMKT (0.4B) vs. 24% SILKNET

just a thought, m
