2. Big difference, huh??? I'd say NAVR crapped up the 10-Q you posted.

I'm a little confused...this is from the Edgar link that you posted.

"Issued and outstanding shares - 21,159,626 and 7,009,170, respectively "

Yet you state a different figure of:

<<COMMON STOCK, NO PAR VALUE - 23,053,120 SHARES AS OF JANUARY 31, 1999
(It is there right at the top)

The current float is 20-21 million shares..>>

First these don't match and secondly, I believe your float # is way off. I believe it's much closer to 7MM. The small float is obvious from the action of the stock, which can move very quickly in either direction during times of even small volume increases.
