CB,

Not sure if that # 37 mil is Dollar Value OR Shares at Offering. I've been reading $33 Mil and $37 Mil in different places. I guess what we're trying to determine is:

If VVTV owns x shares of NETR and that is worth $70 Mil, then the other players (ie NAVR) who own the rest of NETR will have a value of (you fill in the blanks). Rajiv has been thinking NAVR's piece is worth $250 Mil. Others (me too) been thinking $400 Mil. Maybe more, IMHO.

Divide $250 Mil or $400 Mil by the # shs (the denominator) NAVR has on the table and you sorta have the bounce that NAVR should get up to (from where it is today at steady state) prior to IPO.

Rajiv and I are now discussing NAVR's shares: it's either 23 Mil or 21 Mil or 7 Mil. That's the denominator question.

Isn't this fun?

Remember, this is fairly crude guessing. It will be interesting to see what really happens. I suppose we will all have made money and won't care!!!

Now, I'm taking off for a few errands.
