gianelda, You are absolutely correct! The partials were released due to the information somehow already being out there. If you recall the price had moved up to .44 intra day. I suspect many bought in suspecting a blockbuster report, which this is imo although this is a partial report. With the confusion from some there was knee jerk selling. Also this report made it clear we would need to wait longer for the complete report before a chance of a buyout. People panicked and sold.
