Economist in 1996 I think in June carried that famous article which pointed out that ASEAN economies due to very high percentage of short term loans to reserves are making themselves up ready for a major decline, so for me 'Economist' like a true leader poses the right questions, as I have laways reiterated someone's else view that 'a true leader poses right questions perhaps he does not knows the answers, posing the right question is half the problem.
