Rob, You are correct in that we must leave a little time for printing and mailing. Knowing Mr. Murphy like I do, I have a hunch a rough draft of the eventual proxy has already been prepared and I also believe that printing will be done in a very short time-span as one of our shareholders has been doing DCI's printing for the past couple of years.
