I'm very confused, maybe someone can explain the following.
It seems to me that IDCN is just preparing Isaac's Harbour to spin off. What exactly do they mean by spin off Isaac's Harbour properties into its own public company? How will we be effected by this and what do they gain by doing this.

I bought into IDCN thinking that they were looking for gold to mine, now it seems as if they are only preping the land to sell.

No,I think you have read the info right.It appears that Jeffrey was unaware of what actually was being submitted for assaying.He did
make it clear though previous to his last update that these holes were being drilled more for tarketing purposes.

the march 3 update stated they found several new quartz veins, all containing visible gold.

Is this still the case? If so final results should still be positive, right?
