I'm not forgetting anything, dude. I'm merely stating that the quality of CPU's assets is much higher than that of BOST and that makes any calculation of real book value much easier. How much of the assets was sourced by stockholder equity, how much was sourced by debt, and what the risks are of holding the assets is another study. You have to concede that cash and inventory on CPU's balance sheet is worth more than notes payable from franchisees on BOST's balance sheet, and this makes valuation fundamentally different. That's all.
