I have posted all relevant insider transactions over the last 3 months. (a) The # of outstanding shares is as Jan 31, 1999 (b) Insider holdings - July 31, 1998 (c) Insider transactions (from July 31, 98 to Mar 10, 1999) In my post (b) - (c) will give us the actual insider holdings as of today [I have posted the data for (c) in a previous post - Note (c) includes both insiders sales/buys]. The numbers are reasonably accurate as of today. Margin of error = Few hundred thousand shares (my guess is less than a million shares) Regards. Rajiv
