Yeah and I made a ton of money. And SA was not in existence yet-- it was only his thread right here on SI. Who was the 504 buyer-- what was the lock-up period? Why wasn't it filed?

I have a book on this scum-bag. I can't believe they are finally going to nail this low-life criminal. Don't get me wrong, I think pumping and dumping in momentum stocks has a place, but TokyoMex has to pay for what he has done. I am going to call PNLK to see if they would like to see my records, (they match up perfectly well with fluctuations in the stock price). His type of manipulation was clearly criminal, and I will do my very best to cooperate with the SEC investigative team. I know they are serious. T.M. better get a good lawyer. Remember, OJ got off the hook, but it was expensive.
