MILFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 11, 1999--eLottery, Inc., currently a wholly owned subsidiary of Executone Information Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:XTON - news), announced that its initial corporate Web site www.eLottery.com has been activated.

The Web site includes detailed information regarding the Company's systems, products, partners and a one minute informational streaming video.

The Web site will continue to evolve. Planned additions include demonstrations of eLottery's existing instant scratch off and draw games as well as new games as they are developed.
