I don't know. I do know that LVLT is betting on it per discussions I have had with some of their employees. Perhaps those with more technical knoweldge than I can discuss the differences between Qwests tech and Level 3.

Interested to hear some comments about how QWST compares to GBLX (Global Crossing).
Their businesses seem similar in nature. I was thinking of jumping into GBLX, but it seems over-priced. Waiting for a downturn, but it keeps going up,up,up.
