Some Catholics do say it. Mostly charismatic Catholics, but also some non-Charismatic Catholic Churches have not too recently, added it to their liturgy.

I believe the reason most Catholic churches do not recite is because in scripture it reads

Matt 6:9-13
9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
10 Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
11 Give us this day our daily bread.
12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

Notice the colon after the word evil? It was thought in the beginning that Jesus did not mean for what immediately followed it, to be a part of the prayer He told us to pray.

And now you know the rest of the story.

Have a good day
Shalom...><>
