Thanks for your quick response. I think it is appreciated not only by me, but others out there who also have had questions and concerns. Agreed, that a PR firm must be looked into and made sure of its accountability. I look forward to hearing more from them in the very near future. Ginny Please feel free to continue to post to us until the PR firm is up and running. To the various stockholders, I would hope you do not use the company posting as an open invitation to bash. It seems to me, that this is a step forward in the communications between the company and its shareholders, and I would like it to continue to remain as open as possible. It seems IMO that they are willing to answer questions if they can. TIA

The number of outstanding shares: .... 47,129,472. Again, so there's no mistake: 47,129,472 Dear Mr. Verrill: After ignoring and evading questions about the number of shares outstanding and in the float I finally called MDMI's transfer agent, Securities Transfer Corp., and this is the number I was given. Perhaps you can explain how that number grew from 27,000,000 just one year ago I don't know how much is in the float, but maybe you can provide that information. Somehow, 6,000,000 seems a bit optimistic. Oh, incidentally, now that Crawford Shaw, vice president, is no longer involved with MDMI, I assume he is no longer receiving compensation, correct?
