You would have thought that IDT would have had a press release ready to go if Consent was finalized. It doesn't seem to be a very smart move for IDT to let shareholders wait dangling, monitoring the news feeds all day long. It always gives the impression that something is not right. I did however pick up some april 20s on the dip. They were at a decent premium 2.25, but I'm sure I won't care in a week if we are sitting mid 20s to 30. David

Blank, couple quick questions if you have time. I'm potentially a little late to this party and just researching for perhaps a longer term hold. 1) What news are you expecting yet? 2) Is there a rate structure somewhere...is there a distinct cost benefit to using this product for intrastate calls? 3) Have you used the product, and if so what do you think? 4) Does it use the phone and allow surfing simultaneously? If so why do they state you need a microphone? 5) Who would be their competitors? Thanks...I'm looking for a web page now, but hoped someone could help me out with some quick answers. sf
