Look at the day chart of PWCC. A $5.00 stock before their FlashNet IPO announcement in late December. Negative eps of $1.12, losses for 1998 were 1.2 million, revenues of only 2.0 million. Peaked at 23 in mid February, started to stair step down to 14 1/2. Now back at 16 7/8 so far today. LOW FLOAT (600K).
