If you read the story I believe it says they do not meet the criteria as a takeover candidate.

I am out right here. I believe that I will be able to pick it up under $3.00 again. If they had anything surely they would have announced it by now, i expect a dilutive financing deal that might give it a short term jump. If they are spending any money right now it must be on credit lines. go wstl go.

As far as I am concerned Zionts has a lot of nerve doing interviews like some kind of star when he has done nothing to add shareholder value since he took over WSTL. Any update at all might have slowed the decline

Ski:
I hope someone takes this POS over, before it implodes. Of course, the Pennys and the Simons control the issue with their B share voting power. No one can come in with a proposal for a buyout that would succeed with their approval. I can't understand their thinking. Have they some kind of death wish? They control about 19 million B shares. At 4 and 1/2 per share, don't they give a damn about 86 million bucks? I would be surprised that someone has not already approached them with an offer, but maybe they have the delusion that the firm is worth more than it actually is. I don't know their original investment in the company, do you? I think they are playing a high stakes gamble here, with the real possibility they could lose most of their current stake. Wake up Simon and Penny, just because your rich that doesn't mean you are smart.
