bearshark, Thanks much for that confirmation. It looks like the futures contract rollover today has created a situation where alot of traders got caught looking to buy the new front month contract (june) on a dip which never materialized. Thus, they're left to chase it up in a panic buying frenzy, and as the cash breaks out of prior highs, more buyers are brought in. As usual, i'm a terrible contrary indicator for upmoves. Calling the big crash hasn't been so easy. Good luck in jumping in this hot boiling pot. I've got 3 different methodologies calling for 1370 SPX in the next week or two FWIW. BK <up>
