Dear threadneedler, Pulgese stop the nonsense!! Please move on, you and L.B., just need to move on!! You have no idea what Tava does,nor will you ever. Sooooo!! Finally, the SEC has stepped in to deal with people like T.M. From my understanding they are looking at people like WEXLIAR and his group,who use false and misleading information, in an attempt to impact a stock,because of their short position. Many successful shorts operate in isolation,but when you try to encourage,entice,investors,or groups of investors to take part,in your grand short scheme,the case against them is easily made. Since,it would appear that WEXLIAR helped orchestrate this action,against T.M.,I'll just say this,What goes around comes around!! I have attempted to warn posters on this thread as to their illegal activities but they just continue to post with immunity or impunity,well that is not the case. We've seen it all here. I have no intention to go over every example,which there are many,but for those who have played lose with the truth,I'd be worried!!! Regards, Dave
