Harry, though I wasn't asked and I'm surely not a TA wag, I'll still add two cents anyway: I think the volume and steady climb are five things: 1) Anticipation of 3/16 MM report and 3/31 shipment to Sabin. 2) Recognition that the bottom was hit, inducing a reduction in fear. 3) Change reduction to increase, change fear to greed from #1. 4) Fear of missing the run fuels the run. 5) [this is only my speculation] Insiders buying on optimism. $0.02 Scott
