I am very certain. I have given the links to any data I have used. The margin of error is less than a million shares. The # of outstanding shares has gone up from 13+ million to 23+ million as the convertible preferred stock (issued last summer) was converted to common stock. The convert-holders also exercised their warrants to get a few million shares. Over the last few months, these shares have been sold - thereby increasing the # of outstanding shares and also the float. Regards. Rajiv
