"Microsoft creates Operating System for Chinese market..."

I saw this on San Jose Mercury ??? yesterday. The article indicated that the system will work with some new low cost box that would preclude the need to buy a PC to access the Internet. It did not seem to be an MSU box.

I'll try to find the full article tonight.
