victor: Of course I could have checked back through the posts; but as I said in my initial message on this subject, which you could have checked and thus saved yourself the bother of admonishing me, I could not locate the original report and I became lost in the welter of important, relevant CPQ-related posts -- lost to such a degree that I panicked and asked for help. Then, in an excess of gratitude, and to show that I am an upstanding contributor here, I checked the wires myself. Of course, that is always a good idea, because one doesn't know how reliable the information on these threads really is, does one? M2

Vic, doesn't this little news bit fiasco seem to fit everything else that has been going on with CPQ lately? Can't even determine news anymore!! Is it true? Is it not true? Hell!!!......What the heck is goin' on here? Now the thread is sinking with the stock! Maybe CPQ is not even a real company, and EP and EM are in Tahiti on some beach with millions in a briefcase!! Geeeeez!! Hard to believe what's goin' on here!! Everybody should stop searchin' and just wait for the damn earnings report! It'll come soon enough!! This is tiresome! Howie
