But from what I can see, they have acquired nothing lately.

Nothing's been announced.

The June 17, 1998 press release proudly announced that,
with the opening of two new Java Centrale locations, the
number of J-C franchises in the MDMI network had grown to
twenty two.

Now we're told that there are only eleven. And the
number of outstanding shares has grown nearly 75% !!??

Does not compute.

Maybe Mr. Verrill will come forth with some real information
instead of long single paragraph political statements.

its a lot of shares, yes, but as I recall considerably less than GMCH.
