Sig- Obviously, today's action in Dell is a bit weird...but, look it, Dell has, for the most part, followed its own lead..and, at times, ran counter to the Naz...

Case in point: Last year when I bought Dell.... or around that time (March/1st half of April)..Dell was doing nothing, and the Naz rose pretty significantly...several % in fact..over a 2-3 week period.......later in April/early May....Dell zoomed up...while the Naz was flat, and even declined a bit...

Today action in Dell does not worry me...now, if Dell were to fall down to 39-40 over the next few days (even if Intel does NOT prewarn), and the market continued higher, then, I guess, I would start to be a bit concerned...but I really feel we are at the end game here for Dell's weakness vs. overall market...(short-term)
