LL, How in the heck is that an advantage??? Doesnt Jimmy want to get the most for his shareholders considering that the majority of investors wont touch a BB stock to begin with? Jane at the beach

Now, whether the choice is the right one is a completely different question... That I'll agree with completely. I see no competitive advantage at all to remaining non-reporting, even in the near-term. IMO, the filing should have been long since completed, and to continue to refuse to do so just makes the company look bad, and my guess is that runs up the list to larger investors and potential overseas clients ...
