Doesnt Jimmy want to get the most for his shareholders considering that the majority of investors wont touch a BB stock to begin with?

That I'll agree with completely. I see no competitive advantage at all to remaining non-reporting, even in the near-term. IMO, the filing should have been long since completed, and to continue to refuse to do so just makes the company look bad, and my guess is that runs up the list to larger investors and potential overseas clients ...

Yessiree, IDT, Lucent, Qwest, they are all checking the SEC every day to see what DGIV's financials are. AS we used to say in high school: Give Me A &^%$# Break. I hope he really doesn't believe that. Tell him there's not one "loyal" shareholder that does. His owners, i.e., us, vote unanimously, I would say, to release the financials NOW. Anyone object?
