Wolfe - <re CYOE> I agree with your CYOE assessment, but will take it one step further. What if the SEC started investigating the "legal shorting" by the company insiders and tied this whole package in a bow of what "Not To Do's".

I mentioned that Systeam and Coyote had some ties mentioned in my Due Diligence review. There are many more Odds then Ends in this story.

I wish the SEC would hire people with 20 years CPA & industry experience instead of college graduates. You need experienced auditors and super sleuths to "Pierce the Corporate Veil with Coyotes.
