CtC, MB's response was typical, dodge the question and claim to have answered it before, no link, no numbers and obvious contempt for anyone who doesn't lap up his opinions like cream. Trying to have a discussion with MB is like trying to get a mule to move by begging. At least the mule notices when it gets whacked by a 2 by 4. Your post shreds MB's argument but he doesn't even notice (or pretends he doesn't). Don't waste your time.
