DR. MEADE ,Why does "BULLY" thinks your price predictions were so outlandish ? Well ! where should I start? #1-I don't really know if NPEC still owns 20% of MDIN or not,if NPEC were a Reporting Company then I would know for sure. #2-I do post on the MDIN thread and am following the program with great interest, but I am also aware that with all the optimism surrounding the drill program that one or two drill holes do not make a Mine. #3-Still on MDIN There is much chatter about Major's possibly buying out MDIN on the basis of their apparent "discovery" , if that were to occur it would be a very long ways away ,and any Major would do much DD regarding MDIN's exploration program's I/E re-check drill cores etc. etc. ("Lessons have been learned from the BRE-X fiasco") #4- METROPLUS expanding ? are the expansion $$$$ coming from present cash flow ? Equity Financing ? Debt Financing ? As for Management changes, well time will tell if the changes were on the money or not. #5-NPEC still has a Silver Property !! DR. many Companies have Silver,Gold,Diamond Properties , if the Silver Property has extreme merit worth "bragging" about let's show Shareholders a complete Geological Report outlining the true worth of said Property. #6- The Company must in order to gain credible acceptance in the marketplace provide Shareholders with Audited Financial Statements provided by a Nationally recognized Accounting Firm ,and not some Non-Descript Accountant that nobody has ever heard of. #7- NPEC must show responsibility to Shareholders by becoming a Reporting Company, thus being required to disclose to Shareholders and Regulatory Bodies, "All Material Changes" pertaining to the company on a timely basis. DR.MEADE, I am not "bashing" your beloved NPEC , just attempting to answer some of your questions to me in a Businesslike and civilized manner,even you must surely understand that the Company has a tremendous building job ahead, and as for your "price predictions" I think that you do realize that was an error. I trust that in future that We "BOTH" may post in a civil and objective manner. REGARDS! "BULLY"
