FOR NEW AND CURRENT INVESTORS: LET ME REPOST SOME ADDITIONAL FACTS AND Q/A. Again, I will update the thread on the success of Myles Biz trip when he returns tomorrow.

(1) Contracts from Ford alone appear to be for over 16,000 units and several million dollars. Other contracts announced this year alone (since Jan 1) amount to several million as well. They are also in current negotiations with 51 companies....not talks, but negotiations.

** WHY IS IT UNLIKELY THAT MRPS WILL HAVE COMPETITION IN THE
NOISE ANALYSIS FIELD FOR AT LEAST 2-3 YEARS?

TWO REASONS: Copywritten software and 5th generation circuitry (patent pending)
with a 6th generation being worked on. Incidentally generation 6 will have the software
embedded into the hardware on ROM, most likely. That design is their "ace in the hole"
in case they need it. They are not stopping with R&D. This is like cars or anything eles.
IF sales of your current design ever slows down, you have a new, improved model
ready to go.....smart, huh?

Their proprietary software is what give the units the highly desired "selective
hearing" that filters out unwanted parts of the sound spectrum (i.e. factory noise) and
guarantees crucial accuracy. This software code is extremely complex and difficult to
replicate...very difficult.

Also, the hardware is 5 generational levels above where it was when CTRL reverse
engineered it. The circuitry, like the software, is also important and that is why it is
"PATENT PENDING" so no one can SEE how the design was created. If it was
PATENTED. people COULD see how the design was created. They just couldn't
legally copy it, but someone would anyway. Micronics believes it to be safer to not
PATENT the design. I AGREE!

** DOES MRPS HAVE ANY REAL COMPETITION?
All the clues say there is no signicant competition and even if some comes later (which is likely of course), MRPS will have a huge head start. NO one has pointed out anyone that has beaten MRPS out of any bids, not one.

Again they have won every bid, they have super high margins, etc. These are all
incredibly OBVIOUS clues that no real competition exists.

REPOST FROM MONDAY OF VARIOUS QUESTIONS/ANSWERS:
(1) the 1.4 mil shares of IB Firm is included in the 10 mil O/S number (verified with
Jimmy and Myles); the firm got the shares over a year ago, so this is why.

(2) MRPS owns the trademarks on the Ultraphonics and 2 other names, which CTRL is
in officially in violation of using, but Jimmy says that they (CTRL) are so low key in
marketing right now, that why spend any money going after them. They have an old
product and are not actively marketing it. CTRL main biz appears to be software (see
ctrl.com
MRPS will pursue if they become more active ever.

(3) Patent Pending (and this was news) is actually the preferred status. It STILL
protects your design, but does not make public your schematics that would allow others
to copy it. When you have a patent, the world can view all your technology but that
does not stop others from copying it. In fact many will change 10-15% of it and say it
does not infringe on a patent. Then you have competitor's and patent infringment suits.
They feel they have a 2-3 year window and head start. IF somebody catches up, they
then bring out Generation 6 which is already being planned. And then they "patent pend"
that.

This was a nice surprise, and I agree

(4) MRPS is seeking to copyright their software as well, which is the basis of thier
"signature sound" formula

(5) Their factories now can each produce $3 mil per month of product

(6) Both factories can are ISO 9002 approved, which is an important elctronics
standard that both MRPS devices meet.

(7) this one is kind of fun:

NASCAR had MRPS come in to help several drivers includein Darryl Waltrup and
Dale Earnhardt, etc, but what I liked is the MRPS equipment had 100% accuracy in
predicting upcoming failures of 28 of 28 engines within a certain period of time.

(8) News this week (probably 2 releases).... and we can all just guess when. Long term
investors won't care when exactly news comes out, and DT's can just be kept in the
dark, as far as I'm concerned.

PS---- other cometitors like SMT or SDT do not have the "Signature sound", and while
they may have a contract with Ford or GM it is for vibration analysis... a
non-competiting area
